2. Purchase and Sale of Bank Debt Instruments and Bonds.
3. Private Structured Investments.

A Privately Structured Trade Program is a non-traditional investment structure and is not available to the general public.

Only qualified and sophisticated investors are able to participate by invitation only.

Participation requires a minimum cash investment of USD or Euro 100M or more.

Bank Instruments such as SBLC or MTN’s must have a minimum Face Value of more than USD/EURO 250 million.

Most structured investments take place over 40 weeks.

All Privately Structured Trade Programs are for a dedicated humanitarian and/or economic project purpose. Your project to be funded must be submitted with your application for participation.

Investment must be proportional to the project need.
